Partnered with Google to establish inclusive image description standards for diverse, fictional representations. Led qualitative research across 28 interviews and focus groups, co-authoring an ACM ASSETS '21 paper that directly informed Google Material Design guidelines and brought accessible disability avatars to Chromebooks nationwide.
